Alonso is one of three founding partners of the thriving super-thrift store B-Thrifty in Manassas, as well as a clothing and shoes recycling system called Project B-Green. In recent years, Alonso has worked with his son to build White Glove Solution Construction and Moving Company and is now partnering with Building Bridges Partners Real Estate to offer “full circle” transition services for seniors.

Alonso’s passion for serving seniors stems from his deep family values and a true desire to serve older clients with the dignity and grace they deserve. Alonso help seniors maximize the return on their investment, reduce their belongings, and move to their new home with as little stress as possible.

Delores Athey, Director of Strategic Partnerships with Capital City Nurses, is a Healthcare professional with a true heart for advocacy. Prior to entering the field of Senior Services, Delores spent 19 years working in a youth advocacy role assisting underserved communities bridge the gap between home and school.  After personal family struggles with dementia, she was drawn to helping others dealing with similar elder care challenges.

Her passion is to truly educate her clients on resources, services and strategies to manage and overcome struggles in caregiving, which she has put into motion over several years as she has counseled countless families in the fields of home care and senior living. Delores runs the Continuum of Care program for Capital City Nurses covering Virginia, Maryland, DC and Delaware.

Originally from Mayagüez, Puerto Rico, Victor started his career as an Airman in the Air Force as a Network Administrator for the Andrews Office Network. He then moved on to work as a Senior Network Administrator for government contractors, software development, construction and a non-profit organization. His consulting career started by creating a Managed Services Provider that specialized in supporting small to mid-sized companies by managing their IT function. His duties enabled him to develop technicians, create engagements, handle billing and the relationship with clients and prospects with the goal of growing the IT services practice. His work included planning, budgeting, vendor and IT Department management.

Now Victor works with clients to ensure that their Culture is aligned with their purpose and values. This work includes strategic mapping, running behavioral strength workshops, objective mapping retreats and deploying ideation campaigns. Victor has certifications in ITIL, Talent Optimization and is fluent in Spanish and English.
